About this blog. First of all – the post titles will almost never have anything to do with the content of the post. You’ll get nothing about diamonds, Tarzan, anal sex and hookers from here. Or at least from the posts that are titled like you might read something about the things mentioned. If I don’t like you or your comment then I HAVE the POWER to delete it. And I will. Just like that. I rave and sob and criticize and just tell about some things I feel like sharing. It will be offensive if I mean it to be so or sound childish it probably is written when I have a mood of a pimple-face teenager craving for pussy.

Nowadays I try to write mostly about hiking – starting from the ideas I get, how the planning is going and if I make it back alive – how was it. Obviously I’ll write about the gear I use – falling into the lightweight category.

About myself. I started hiking when I joined a militarized youth group in Estonia. But there I mostly tagged along and when where I had to go. I started solo hiking in 2006 when I had a brief visit to Knivskjelloden. That`s on the island of Mageroya in Northern-Norway and it is more to the north than Nordkapp. I learned from my own mistakes, attended some hiking related courses and a group hike to the island of Crete and moved on to solo hiking from there. My greatest achievement so far is hiking the Via Alpina Red trail through three summers. You can read all about it in the blog. I try to take on one major hike per year and Nordkalottleden and Haute Route Pyrenees are high on that list. And some projects are revealed when they are revealed.

I also hike occasionally in Estonia, but rarely over a weekend. I can and will answer questions about hiking in my home country.
